CLEANING

  NO LONG TERM CONTRACTS!


1. Inspect the home for any damage caused by guests

We take photos and document any guest damage that is not normal wear and tear. These are sent to the homeowner and additional damage charges are billed to the guest or a claim is filed with insurance.

  

2. Bedding, linens, towels

You can keep all your own sheets, bedding and towels.  Other companies make you use their drab, cheap, low quality linens and bulk wash everything together in commercial machines with other houses' laundry.  We do the laundry at your rental and never remove your laundry without consent and approval.

All dirty bedding, linens, bath towels, pool towels, hand towels, etc. are stripped and washed at the start of each clean.

  

3. Dust

We live in the desert and dust piles up regularly. We dust everywhere to keep things tidy and as allergen free as possible.

  

4. Vacuum

Every floor surface gets vacuumed.

  

5. Mop

Every hard floor surface gets mopped with a disinfecting agent added.

 

6. Dishes

All dishes are washed and put away in the appropriate places.

  

7. Clean Appliances

We wipe both interior and exterior of fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and small appliances that reside on the countertops. Any leftover food or drink is disposed of during the clean.

  

8. Countertops

Countertops are cleared and wiped down with a disinfectant cleaning solution.

  

9. Bathrooms

Toilets are scrubbed and cleaned with a disinfectant agent. Toilet paper gets stocked. Sinks wiped down with a disinfecting solution. Counters cleaned with a disinfectant agent. Soaps and supplies are restocked. Towels folded and stored or hung.

 

10. Soaps, Shampoos, Conditioners, Lotions, Paper Towels

All supplies are restocked in bathrooms, kitchen and laundry where necessary.

  

11. Patio

Patio and BBQ cleaned, swept, and if needed sprayed off.

  

12. Deep Cleaning

Deep Cleaning is done when requested at an extra charge.  We recommend doing a deep clean on Vacation Rental Homes at least once every two to three months.  A deep clean includes things like baseboards, magic erasers along the walls, windows, shampoo'ing the rugs, getting into cracks and crevasses, pulling things out of and cleaning drawers.
